When you think of what it takes to build a strong marriage the first thing is to have a solid foundation. After getting to know Ellie, Dan and their families and listening to their love story I know their marriage will be built on love and respect for each other and their love for God. Their wedding day was the perfect way to celebrate two families becoming one!
It was a gorgeous unseasonably cool summer day after the heat wave we had been having. Their family and friends traveled to be witness to this couple saying I do. After months of planning with Ellie and her mom I was so excited to see the day exactly how Ellie + Dan envisioned it!! Every part of the celebration was fun and that fun never stopped, I’ve never seen a reception so lively and enjoyed by EVERYONE!!
Dan + Ellie I wish you all the happiness in your marriage, I know it will be one for the books!!
For those that know me know I am obsessed with weeping willow trees so there really wasn’t any other option in my mind where we were going to hang Ellie’s beautiful dress 🙂
The father of the bride wasn’t getting off without a little dress duty.
Father/Daughter first looks always make me cry!!
These wonderful women surrounded Ellie in prayer moments before she walked down the aisle.
This was such a special moment where Ellie, Dan and their parents had a private moment for a prayer for their marriage. Their families surprised them with a flash mob dance! Notice the GIANT Dan and Ellie heads?! How fun!And the party started and never stopped!
This makes me laugh, totally opposite of the usual wedding bouquet and garter tosses. The girls just stood there staring at it and the guys duked it out, lol!!
